På Thurø ligger der et godt bryggeri, der i julen lavede denne sjove øl. En Imperial Christmas Stout, som er en øl, hvor der i de 1.000 liter kulsort øl, blev helt 50 kilo brunkager ned i karet.

Nu er cirklen fuldendt med en kage, med kage-øl i.

Du skal bruge:
2 stk Brunkagen øl fra Ø-bryg (købes her)
400g brun farin
500g hvedemel
Et halv brev brunkagekrydderi
1 tsk natron

Opskriften er simpelt:
Åben begge brunkager. Smag på den ene og nyd godt fynsk håndværk af en øl. Hel hele den anden øl (33cl) i en skål. Tilsæt farin og krydderierne. Rør det godt rundt. Tilsæt mel lidt efter lidt under omrøring.
Hæld i en passende form og giv den godt og vel en time ved 175 grader. Nyd resten af den først åbnede øl, imens at kagen er i ovnen 🍻🍰
Serveres afkølet med endnu en Brunkagen øl – og evt med et klat saltet lurpak ovenpå
